Account Security
Each player may hold only one jeye9 account. Multiple accounts linked to the same individual, device, or payment method are grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the jeye9 platform (available at jeye9.net and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jeye9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility
jeye9 is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to and use of the jeye9 platform — including registration, deposit, wagering, and withdrawal — is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you expressly represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
In addition to the age requirement, you must also satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to maintain an active jeye9 account:
- You are accessing jeye9 as an individual acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity.
- You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jeye9 employee or contractor.
- You are not using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from jeye9 or had a jeye9 account permanently closed for a terms violation.
- Your participation in online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed without notice, and any balance held in that account will be forfeited. jeye9 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3. Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money gaming and betting services on jeye9, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one jeye9 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. jeye9 may also request a residential address and national identification details as part of its KYC process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jeye9 operates a mandatory KYC programme. All players will be required to verify their identity before processing their first withdrawal, and jeye9 reserves the right to request verification at any earlier point — including upon registration or following unusual account activity. Accepted identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. jeye9 may additionally request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe communicated by jeye9's compliance team may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent account closure. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with jeye9's Privacy Policy.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeye9 login credentials. jeye9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify jeye9 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. jeye9 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure, or as a result of your sharing credentials with a third party.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on jeye9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeye9 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their service agreements.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits are accepted via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your jeye9 wallet within seconds of transaction confirmation on the payment network. In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
jeye9 reserves the right to refuse a deposit at its discretion, including where the deposit is suspected to originate from a fraudulent or unauthorised payment source. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, regardless of bonus status, to satisfy anti-money-laundering compliance requirements.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be requested to any payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. jeye9 targets a withdrawal processing time of within 4 hours during business hours; processing times may be extended to up to 24 hours during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
jeye9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the withdrawal request triggers an automated fraud or AML alert; or (c) the account is under investigation for a suspected terms violation. Players will be notified of any withdrawal hold and advised of the reason and expected resolution timeline.
4.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. jeye9 will notify the account holder via email at least 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
jeye9 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and the time limit within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled are specified in full on each individual promotion page. Failure to complete wagering within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
5.2 One Bonus Per Player
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is eligible to claim a given bonus only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through the use of multiple accounts, multiple payment methods, or other means — constitutes abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
jeye9 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, wagering exclusively on high-RTP games to accelerate wagering completion, systematically withdrawing after minimal wagering, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. jeye9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where abuse is detected, and to close the account of any player found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse.
5.4 Promotion Availability
Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already opted in and begun the wagering process. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh will be announced via the jeye9 promotions page with their full individual terms.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a jeye9 account holder, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, and general principles of fair play. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the jeye9 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside information exploitation, or collusion with other players.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches on the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using the jeye9 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jeye9 support staff or other platform users.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any jeye9 software or infrastructure.
Important: jeye9 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators. Any account activity suspected of constituting a criminal offence will be reported to the relevant authorities, and account balances may be frozen pending investigation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the jeye9 platform — including but not limited to the jeye9 brand name and logo, game graphics, interface design, software, promotional materials, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeye9 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeye9 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to: (a) copying, reproducing, or distributing jeye9 content; (b) creating derivative works based on jeye9 content; (c) using jeye9's branding, trade marks, or logos in any public communication without prior written consent; or (d) framing, scraping, or mirroring any part of the jeye9 platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
jeye9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
- Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
- A player's self-exclusion request (temporary or permanent).
- Account inactivity in excess of 24 consecutive months.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their jeye9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Where a valid balance is held in the account and KYC verification has been completed, jeye9 will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
jeye9 supports voluntary self-exclusion for players who feel they need a break from gambling. Temporary self-exclusion periods of between 24 hours and 6 months are available and can be activated by contacting our support team. Permanent self-exclusion is also available on request. While every effort is made to maintain 99.9% uptime, jeye9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.
